 Post Investment Activities
Once the transaction is consumated we will put our best efforts to help the company maximize its potential through Prosperitas Capital Partners direct involvement.
This will include:
- Active participation on the board;
- Help on defining the company strategy;
- Access to our network of contacts including distribution channels, customers, partners, executive candidates, etc. ;
- Help on defining and executing exit strategies.
