Negotiation and Due Diligence

Once we have all the information available and we are excited about the potential of the opportunity we will enter the negotiation phase, where we will discuss the terms of the transaction, we will try to elaborate together with you, the entrepreneur, and possible other co-investor, a win-win deal where everybody will feel comfortable as to build a profitable and long lasting relationship. All this will be reflected on a document called "term sheet".

Once the deal is structured and the term sheet is signed, the deal will be presented to the Fund's Investment Committee, triggering the Due Diligence process. The Due Diligence is a process in which all information provided will be validated through industry experts, accounting auditors, legal experts, etc.

Once the Due Diligence process is successfully completed, we will sign the final transaction agreement  and enter the next phase: make our joint dream a reality.
