Mr. Lecueder is the principal of Estudio Luis E. Lecueder, a company specializing in the development, management and project financing of major real state developments including over 40 building in Uruguay, totaling more than 2,000,000 sq. feet.

The most recent project, currently under development, is Montevideo World Trade Center, a three-tower office, hotel and retail space complex. Since 1985, Estudio Luis E. Lecueder developed, managed and acted as consultants of shopping centers in Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Ecuador and Peru. Mr. Lecueder is the CEO of five of the seven shopping centers operating in Uruguay, as well as, for Montevideo World Trade Center.

His expertise has been recognized locally and internationally, he was awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers with 5 Maxi Awards for Marketing Excellence and Distinguished Service Award for his service and commitment to the development of shopping centers in Latin America.

Currently, he holds the Presidency of the Consultant Committee of Latin American Chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a board member of the Uruguayan Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lecueder is a Certified Public Accountant from Universidad de la República, Montevideo, Uruguay.
